Lino® Hub integration platform
The Lino Hub integration platform provides the necessary infrastructure for digital transformation. The software integrates seamlessly into existing system landscapes and supports the order process with rule-based configuration and intelligent interfaces to ERP and PDM/PLM systems.
As an innovative cloud or on-premise solution, Lino Hub creates consistent and automated processes between sales, design and production. The configurator used defines the product specifications using design and commercial rules.

Lino® Hub in Sales
In Sales, products are put together according to the requirements of B2C and B2B customers. Lino Hub offers a powerful product configurator that supports sales staff and end customers in product selection. By connecting the CAD automation process, all the necessary design data can be generated quickly and easily at the touch of a button and created in the ERP system.
Automated document creation significantly speeds up the order process. In addition, product understanding and the user experience are improved for sales and end customers thanks to integrated 3D visualization.

Lino® Hub in Design
In the design department, products are developed and designed so that production-relevant data can be derived and further processed. The large number of variants with a multitude of geometric and design parameters is usually the most time-consuming stage and the reason for long throughput times.
Lino Hub accelerates this process with the help of the 3D configurator. Using parameterized CAD models, product variants are easily configured, drawings, parts lists and work plans are automatically derived and created in the PDM and ERP system using intelligent interfaces.

Lino® Hub for Manufacturing
Modern machines offer direct processing of derived CAD/CAM data for machine programming. This leads to significantly lower setup times and higher throughput but also places high demands on data quality.
Lino Hub supports this process automation using the configurator and CAD automation. The CAM program can be initiated directly after the product configuration. Tools, processing steps, and product coordinates are then derived based on the specific configuration and translated into machine code.
Application examples
Our Lino Hub examples for sales and product configuration show CAD data generation with Cosling Configurator in conjunction with the parametric 3D visualisation tool Lino 3D web. Real parametric models in the web view allow the 3D visualisation of all variants, even for complex models, during configuration.
There are currently direct integrations for Lino 3D web with Tacton CPQ, Cosling, SAP CPQ and SAP variant tables, e.g. to display Solidworks 3D models, prices and other information on the web. Further connections to other configurators and system integrations are available on request
